Day 1:

At least half of the words in the English language are derived from Greek and Latin roots. Knowing these roots helps us to grasp the meaning of words before we look them up in the dictionary. It also helps us to see how words are often arranged in families with similar characteristics.

Considering this fact.. we will try to build our vocabulary by learning these root words.

Wordlist 1:
Latin root- the pronoun : ego, meaning I.

    egoist

    I is the greatest concern in egoist’s mind.

    egotist:
    Talks more about yourself. Most commonly used words in their sentence is ‘I

altruist

introvert

extrovert

amivert

misantrope

misogynist

misogamist

ascetic
